Individual sessions
Most requested
90 minutes · in person or online
One-to-one conscious connected breathing session including intake conversation, active breathing phase (~45–60 min), integration, and debrief. Rooted in the rebirthing breathwork tradition.
60 minutes · in person
Gentle hands-on session working with the body’s subtle rhythms to release deep tension and restore ease. Ideal as a standalone or in combination with breathwork.
60 minutes · in person or online
Evidence-based movement assessment and prescription. Initial consultation includes full history, movement assessment, and personalised program design.
Group & packages
~2 hours · in person · small group
Facilitated group breathwork journey including opening circle, connected breathing (~50 min), integration, and optional sharing. Numbers are kept small to ensure a genuinely held experience.
4 × individual breathwork · valid 3 months
For those committed to ongoing practice. A series of sessions allows the work to deepen in a way that single sessions cannot each one builds on the last. Offered at a reduced rate.
