Our Group Breathwork sessions in Canberra offer a chance to connect more deeply with yourself, release held tension, and access greater clarity and calm. Group Breathwork sessions are currently run every fortnight in Deakin starting at 2pm. We do run weekend workshops so please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified on when these run.
