Group Breathwork Canberra
What makes group work different
There is something that happens in a room full of people breathing together that cannot be replicated alone. A collective field builds a quality of shared presence, shared permission, and shared release that amplifies what each individual might access on their own.
In the rebirthing breathwork tradition, group sessions have always held a particular significance. When one person begins to release, it creates permission for others. When one person drops into stillness, it deepens the stillness of the room. We are relational beings and breath is no different.
To breathe in community is to remember that you are not alone in any of it.
Group sessions are not watered-down versions of individual work. They are their own thing with their own gifts, their own challenges, and their own particular capacity to move people.
What to expect
What a group session looks like
Sessions are held in an intimate setting in the Canberra region, with a small group to ensure each person receives genuine attention and care. We begin together with an introduction to the breath, an orientation to the space, and an invitation to arrive fully.
Each participant lies down and moves into connected breathing at their own pace. I move through the room, offering presence, grounding touch where welcome, and guidance as needed. Music is woven through the session to support the journey. The active breathing typically runs 45–60 minutes, followed by a period of deep integration and stillness.
We close with a shared circle brief, unhurried, held. This is not compulsory sharing; it is simply an opportunity to land together before returning to the world.
No experience necessary. Only a willingness to show up and breathe.
