ABOUT CHARAN
I have spent the last 20 years enquiring , exploring and teaching about the moving body. Coming from a sporting background, I completed my Bachelor degree in Human Movement and Exercise Science. This propelled me to investigate consciousness through movement. Having been an elite athlete with participation at several world championships and the Commonwealth Games, human performance and potential has always been an interest of mine. Our innate ability to heal, transform and excel inspired me to study these healing modalities.

Treatment
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
What does it involve?
Treatment involves a very gentle touch of the practitioner’s hands. It is most often carried out with the patient lying down, fully clothed, in a quiet and peaceful environment. It is usually experienced as a very profound relaxation, creating a sense of ease and wellbeing.
What it could be helpful for?
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a profoundly transformative process which has the potential to change your life. It has been found helpful in:
- Enabling screaming, sleepless, colicky babies to become peaceful, contented children
- Relieving acute pain
- Ameliorating chronic, long-standing illness, discomfort and debilitation.
- Resolving severe trauma and shock
- Enabling greater ease, relaxation, tranquility
- Stress management, mental health issues
- Addressing long term Covid effects, chronic fatigue, and general debilitation
- Resolving issues that have not responded to other approaches and many other circumstances
Breathwork
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a healing modality that uses conscious connected breathing which induces deep relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness.
When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe. The presence of the facilitator adds another level of safety. The altered state of consciousness allows for a more expanded perspective with added objectivity and neutrality. This combination allows the person to feel safe enough so that unresolved emotions and memories come to the surface for gentle release through the breathing rhythm. Breathing moves energy and transforms various sensations and feelings into peace. By the end of the session, most people experience a deep sense of peace, wellbeing and clarity.
