Exercise Physiology

What it is

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and a Graduate Diploma in Physiology, I bring over two decades of clinical experience to the way I think about movement. Exercise physiology is not personal training. It is the evidence-based prescription of movement and physical activity to support health, function, and performance.

My background includes elite sport I represented Kenya internationally and served as Physical Therapist to the Kenyan National Teams as well as extensive clinical rehabilitation. That breadth informs everything: I understand both the precision required for high performance and the patience required for genuine recovery.

Movement isn’t just physical. It’s how we inhabit our own lives.

Who this is for

My focus now is less on clinical rehabilitation and more on people who want to move well, feel strong, and support their body as part of a life they’re genuinely living not just maintaining. That might look like:

Exercise physiology can also complement breathwork and somatic work beautifully. When the body moves with awareness, it becomes a practice of presence — not just fitness.
